“Out in the Open” Street Art in Aalborg, Denmark 2016

We visited Aalborg, Denmark, last year for the ‘Out in the Open 2015‘, curated by Kirk gallery, and are stoked to see that they are bringing more fresh murals in 2016! Check out below what’s happening so far this year.

Bezt finished a stunning new murals after 10 days of hard work. The mural “Meeting the Parents” on a residential street shows a highly skilled realistic painting.  The mural pictures a young boy standing in front of a typical Danish door nervous about meeting the parents for the first time. Only there seems to be a snake in paradise. The rat returns in Bezt’s murals consuming the flowers the boy is holding..

David Walker has now just finished a new stunning mural. Working in portraiture, painting freehand, using only spray paint and without the aid of brushes David has developed a signature multi-layered style.Without aid of stencils or brushes London-based artist David Walker creates elaborately explosive portraits using directly applied spray paint.

Check back for more updates from Aalborg in Denmark…
