Millo Paints Two New Street Art Murals in Shanghai, China 2017

Italian muralist Millo was recently in China where he painted two huge murals in his signature style for MurMur project in Shanghai, curated by Cao Bin.

His first mural, and his biggest work and the biggest mural realised in Asia, is titled “Twist of Fate”, and is about the importance of curiosity.

“The importance of curiosity as a key behaviour that allow us to discover new possibilities and paths and that bring us to amazing discoveries unimagined before.” Millo

“I focused on how curiosity can change our habits, and encourage us to find new unexpected ways to look at our world.” Millo

Millo’s second mural is titled ” Sound of you” and reminds us not to forget about ourselves …

“The need to find a way in this frenetic world where sometimes we forget to listen to our inner part.” Millo

“This work is full of feelings hard to explain, from the nostalgia of the things lived like the spring that leaves his place to autumn, to the regrets of this flying time, till the empathy between the character and the nature, as they are both sharing the same feeling . It’s full of my most poetic thoughts.” Millo
