Bisser new mural ‘Kraken gaat door’ in Leuven, Belgium 2016

Street artist Bisser has been busy in his home town of Leuven, Belgium and just painted a huge mural in Burchtstraat.

The wall especially interested him because of the door, windows and air vents. Bisser wanted to integrate these structures into his new mural.

Bisser describes the mural as a kind of ‘trompe l’oeil’ meaning structures intended to deceive the eye and wants the spectator to look into the wall rather than just at it.

The title ‘Kraken gaat door’ derived from a slogan already written on the wall means squatting goes through.

Another fun mural by our buddy Bisser and always method in the madness.
