A small-scale, three-dimensional sculpture inspired by Ricardo Romero’s works “Olhar e não Ver” (Leiria, 2019) and “O gato e o vento” (Setúbal, 2021).

This limited-edition piece is numbered by the artist, and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.

Conceived and produced by the artist himself, this sculpture continues Romero’s exploration of the dialogue between gaze and matter,  between presence and absence.

In this smaller form, the artwork gains a new body and dimension, preserving the same tension between seeing and not seeing, gesture and silence. Its reduced scale makes the piece more intimate, inviting a slower, more attentive gaze.

Each sculpture is individually finished and authenticated by Ricardo Romero, marking his first edition series and ensuring that every exemplar remains unique within the edition.

More than a simple reproduction, this object serves as an extension of Romero’s artistic thought,  a meditation on perception, time, and the act of looking.
