Our artwork is shipped via Express Delivery through our reliable art courier and is tracked and signed for upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor its progress.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the artwork and verifying quantity, specifications and details. Upon receipt of the artwork, the purchaser must raise any queries or complaints about the artwork within 7 days; otherwise, the purchase and delivery shall be deemed accepted without reservation.
All goods are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. Any import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, levies, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These charges must be settled directly by the buyer with the relevant authorities or courier service in the country of delivery. Free delivery promotions or coupons, where offered, apply strictly to the cost of standard shipping only. They do not cover import VAT, duties, or local taxes, and they cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Free delivery coupons are not valid for the purchase of authenticated Banksy artworks or framed pieces. The seller reserves the right to withdraw or amend such offers at its absolute discretion.
Returns for Purchases Made on the GraffitiStreet Website
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must notify GraffitiStreet in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Clear, detailed photographic evidence of both the external packaging and the artwork itself must be provided, with close attention to all areas of damage.
You are required to retain all damaged goods and associated packaging until further instructions are issued by GraffitiStreet. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim under this Returns Policy and release GraffitiStreet from liability.
Other Returns
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, GraffitiStreet.com will supply a contract of sale for each purchase made on the website.
If you are ordering within an EU country, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within seven (7) working days from receipt of the goods and return the goods without providing a reason.
In the event of withdrawal, GraffitiStreet will reimburse you for the cost of the artwork only (excluding delivery charges and/or fees incurred by GraffitiStreet) using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Reimbursement will be made within seven (7) working days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Where goods are returned from outside the United Kingdom, any import taxes or duties incurred by GraffitiStreet shall be deducted from the reimbursed total.
Returned goods must reach GraffitiStreet in 100% resaleable condition to qualify for a refund. Failure to return goods in such condition may result in a reduction of the reimbursed amount or refusal of the return.
Contracts of sale are deemed to be concluded electronically at the point in time when GraffitiStreet.com’s acknowledgement of order is accessible to us.
