Ador Paints his Fun Characters at the Children’s Orphanage, Réunion island 2018

Urban artist Ador has moved to the small French island Réunion, located in the midst of the Indian Ocean, 700 kilometres east of the island of Madagascar, and 200 kilometres South-West of Mauritius.

Street art is everywhere on the island from the north to the south, and can be found on the walls, abandoned factories, old houses… everywhere! Ador has took full advantage of this urban playground, and also painted with the children’s orphanage, creating an art workshop for all to enjoy.

The workshop was organised by Alliance Française or simply AF, The French Alliance is an international organiSation that aims to promote the French language and culture around the world.

Ador involved the children with his murals, each using their creativity and painting their own masterpieces in the sun.

The murals were split between two orphanages.

Ador’s murals were dotted around the orphanage and included his fun characters…
