Born in 1986 in Grajaú, on the southern outskirts of São Paulo, Marcos Ramos, known as Enivo, began painting at twelve and developed a practice rooted in graffiti culture. Refined through formal study at the Faculdade Paulista de Artes, he moves fluidly between monumental murals and intimate studio works. His visual language merges Afro-Brazilian heritage with Afrofuturist imagination, combining ancestral symbolism, protective icons, and scenes of everyday tenderness. Balancing memory and projection, he documents lived realities while envisioning luminous futures. As co-founder and curator of Galeria A7MA, Enivo has played a key role in expanding urban art in São Paulo. Across walls and canvases, his work navigates the space between looking outward and inward, holding past and possibility in dynamic equilibrium.
