Nevercrew Mural unveils The Delicate Balance, Grenoble 2016

NEVERCREW is a swiss based artists duo composed of Christian Rebecchi and Pablo Togni since 1996. Their work focuses on the relationship between mankind and nature and the relationship between mankind and the system, in particular on the effects of human attitudes on the environment, on social injustices and the relationship between the concept and the forms of “systems” and an essential, natural, human and animal truth.

The artist’s “Ordering machine” mural for Grenoble Street Art Fest in Grenoble speaks about a fragile balance.

“Following the structure of the building, the project was developed around the position of mankind related to nature, where on a side there are needs and belonging, and on the other one there’re consumption and appropriation. The attitude of privatizing natural resources and of inconsiderate exploiting are put on a delicate balance with the responsibilities that can determine a difference between persistence in damaging and change. The arrogant use for economical purposes and the claim of superiority are in the same hands of who can choose for social awareness and environmental safety.” Nevercrew
