Italian artist Francesco Camillo Giorgino, known as Millo, paints large-scale murals that feature a couple caught in-between a simple black and white urban setting. Millo’s murals represent each and every one of us and cleverly portrays many of life’s scenes and dreams within his art. Whether it’s looking for love or playing amongst the city Millo’s murals are welcomed by many.
Millo’s latest wall in Santiago Chile for the Hecho En Casa Festival 2016, is called “Never Give Up”. The girl hugs a tree that has had its branches sawn away, but through her love we can see a small sprout of life growing from within the cracked wooden centre. This beautiful mural portrays a truly heart-felt message and reminds us all to keep going… there is always hope.
“Hoping for a better future is something that everyone does in his heart.” Millo
