This is a mural of multiple layered stories, from the historic nod to Henry Flagler’s pioneering railroad track and its inherent meaning to connectivity, to the depiction of undulating waves and winds that have shaped the city’s coastal identity, and a nod to WPB as the Winter migration destination for out-of-state residents.
