The View From Here: Millo’s New Mural in Horsens, Denmark

Italian street artist Millo created a new mural in Horsens, Denmark, for Kunstbureau Colossal. It was his first mural abroad in eight months due to the impact of COVID-19 on travel. This experience gave him a new perspective on the world and our place in it.

As Millo travelled to Horsens, he couldn’t help but think about the impact of the pandemic on our lives. It has forced us all to pause and reflect on our behaviour and presence in the world. This mural represents introspection and the importance of contemplating our reality.

The mural features a figure leaning over a small patch of grass with a simple wooden house and tree on top, viewed from the world outside. It’s a reminder to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us, even in difficult times.

The title, “The View From Here,” captures the essence of the piece and invites viewers to take a moment to reflect on their own perspective. Millo hopes it inspires others to step back and find their own view from here.
