Collectable posters have transformed into a dynamic market where art, nostalgia, and investment intersect. As consumers seek unique, visually striking pieces that resonate with their personal tastes and cultural values, the demand for collectable posters continues to soar. From iconic vintage movie posters and legendary album covers to exclusive exhibition posters by contemporary artists, the world of poster collecting offers a diverse range of options that cater to various tastes, interests, and investment potential.
What makes collectable exhibition posters particularly appealing is their ability to commemorate pivotal moments in history. Whether it’s a groundbreaking movie release, a cultural advertisement from decades ago, the debut of an avant-garde installation, or a milestone retrospective, these posters serve as more than just promotional material. They are visual representations of cultural milestones, encapsulating the essence of an era, an event, or an artist’s legacy. For many collectors, the artistry behind these prints is as significant as the narrative they carry – be it about the exhibition itself or the broader social, political, or cultural stories they represent.
One of the most coveted types of collectable posters is that of Banksy whose work transcends traditional boundaries. Owning a Banksy poster isn’t just about acquiring a piece of art; it’s about connecting with the rebellious spirit, cultural commentary, and thought-provoking messages that have made Banksy an international icon. For collectors, each Banksy print serves as a tangible connection to the cultural conversations and transformations that have defined the artist’s work over the years.

Banksy – Cans Festival Poster
Step back into the heart of London’s underground art scene with this original Banksy ‘Cans Festival’ poster. Released in 2008 to promote one of the most legendary street art exhibitions in history, this rare offset lithograph captures the raw energy of Banksy’s event beneath London’s Waterloo Station. Over the weekend of May 3rd to 5th, the now-famous Leake Street tunnel was transformed into a massive open-air gallery, with graffiti and stencil artists—no rules except one: don’t cover someone else’s work.
With Banksy at the helm, the event solidified Leake Street as a global street art destination. This vintage original poster, printed on satin white paper, is more than just memorabilia; it’s a piece of history from the event that marked a turning point in street art culture. Over a decade later, it remains a collector’s item. Read more here.
“Placing collectable posters in the kitchen area, especially around the kitchen table, adds a layer of fun and informality to the space. It’s where conversations begin—whether it’s early morning coffee, lunch, or dinner. It brings the heart of the home alive!”

Banksy -Exit Through The Gift Shop Official Movie Poster
Step back into the anarchic energy of 2010, when Banksy flipped the art world on its head with Exit Through the Gift Shop. This original offset lithograph poster isn’t just film memorabilia—it’s a relic from the moment street art exploded into mainstream culture.
Directed by Banksy himself, Exit Through the Gift Shop blurred the lines between artist and audience, authenticity and absurdity. It became an instant cult classic, capturing the chaos of graffiti culture and the commodification of rebellion.
Now, over a decade later, this rare promotional poster reminds us of a time when street art was still a question, not a brand—when creativity was wild, unpredictable, and defiantly real.

‘Banksy versus Bristol’ Museum Posters
Step back to the summer of 2009—when crowds lined up around the block and the art world held its breath. Banksy versus Bristol Museum wasn’t just an exhibition—it was a cultural moment. For 11 unforgettable weeks, the walls of a traditional British institution were taken over by Banksy’s provocative, subversive genius. Over 100 works explored themes of rebellion, consumerism, and power, turning the museum on its head—literally.
These official exhibition posters are not ordinary prints. They are offset lithographs, produced as part of a four-poster series sold only at the museum during the show. Each design – Dorothy, David, Hanging Klansman and Riot coppers – captured the tension between classical institutions and Banksy’s anti-establishment voice.
Now over 15 years old, these posters have become modern relics—snapshots of a moment when street art broke into the mainstream and left the doors wide open.

Banksy’s ‘Dorothy’ depicts the famous Dorothy, played by Judy Garland, and her dog Toto from the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. Banksy has added his own twist by painting Dorothy on rusty material instead of canvas with the slogan “I don’t think we’re on canvas anymore”: a pun on Dorothy’s iconic line “I’ve a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore”. The unusual medium is seen to fall from a gold ornate frame. Read more here.
