Restless is a Portuguese contemporary artist from Lisbon whose multidisciplinary practice is rooted in graffiti, tattooing and character-driven storytelling. Growing up in the city’s suburbs, he discovered graffiti as a direct and instinctive form of expression, an influence that continues to shape his approach to line, colour and composition. Working across painting, drawing, tattooing and mixed media, Restless creates carefully constructed figures inspired by the people who form the social and working fabric of everyday life. Each character carries its own identity and narrative, reflecting the diversity, pressures and contradictions of contemporary society. His evolving practice is defined by experimentation, technical curiosity and constant creative movement.
